Green devil
There seem to be devils of all colors in the world of cocktails.
-
Three parts of gin;

A piece of lime juice;

Half a piece of green Menthe Cream;
-
Two sprigs of peppermint;
-
Place four ice cubes in a bar glass and add the gin, lime juice and Menthe Cream.

Shake well and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
-
Lightly crush the peppermint leaves to make them aromatic, then dip them in the drink.
