This is a comforting drink to enjoy after a good meal.

Galliano;

Hot and strong coffee;

Cream;
-
Fill the low glass halfway with Galliano and pour the coffee carefully, keeping the liquids as separate as possible.

Spread a layer of cream on top.

If the coffee is too hot, you will have to sip it slowly.
