This cocktail pleases almost as much the eyes as the taste.

• Three parts of tequila;

• A part of Triple Sec;

• A piece of lime juice;

• Salt;

• Crushed and diced ice;

1. Place in a crushed ice scoop in a blender, add tequila, Triple Sec and lime juice and mix for five seconds.

2. Dip the edges of a cocktail glass in lemon juice and then in salt, so that the salt is attached to the edges of the glass. Add a few ice cubes and pour the mixture over them carefully.
