• Two parts of gin;

• A part of lemon juice;

• One teaspoon of cream per glass;

• Clear half of cream tea per cup;

• One teaspoon of Grenadine per cup;

• Sugar;

• Ice cubes;

1. Put four ice cubes in a shaker and add the gin, lime juice, cream and egg white.

2. Shake well.

3. Dip the edges of a chilled cocktail glass in Grenadine and then in powdered sugar, so that the sugar sticks to the edges of the glass.

4. Pour the cocktail into the glass.
