Orange fizz

You can buy or prepare the sour mix at home. To do this, just mix lime and lemon juice in equal quantities, adding sugar to taste and stirring until it dissolves. Keep a bottle ready at the bar. Here is a good way to use the sour mix.

A part of sour mix;
Five parts of freshly squeezed orange juice;
Sparkling water;
Ice cubes;

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the sour mix and add the orange juice, stirring so that they mix well.
Complete with carbonated water and serve without decoration.
