Zombie
The zombie is one of those drinks that requires very careful preparation. In American cocktail bars, a very large and large glass is used to serve this cocktail, which is known as a "zombie glass".

Two parts of clear rum;

A piece of black rum;

A part of Curaçao;

A part of lemon juice;

A piece of orange juice;

A piece of pineapple juice;

Half a portion of papaya or guava juice;

One teaspoon of Pernod per cup;

Half a part of sugar syrup;

Peppermint leaves;

A piece of pineapple;
-
Esmed ice.

Put about half a cup of crushed ice in a shaker and add all the ingredients except the peppermint and pineapple leaves.

Shake well and pour the liquid into a tall glass (or into a "zombie glass" if you have one).

Decorate the drink with peppermint leaves and a piece of pineapple and serve it.
