Walfdorf cocktail
There is no doubt about the hotel that gave this cocktail its name (the Waldorf Astoria in New York).
-
Two parts of Bourbon;
-
One by Pernod;
-
A piece of sweet vermouth;

A pinch of Angostura Bitters per cup;

Crushed ice;
-
Place a cup of crushed ice in a bar glass and add whiskey, Pernod, vermouth and Angostura Bitters.

Stir well and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.

Serve without any decoration.
