Here is a South African drink whose name derives from the famous jerseys of the Springbok rugby team.

Passion fruit syrup;

Green Menthe Cream;

One teaspoon of Ouzo per cup;

Pour some passion fruit syrup to the bottom of a glass.

Carefully add the Menthe Cream, not allowing the yellow and green to mix.

Spread a teaspoon of Ouzo on top.
