Champagne goes well with almost all fruit drinks. Try this dramatic combination.

A piece of blackberry liqueur;

A few drops of lime or lemon juice;

Brut champagne (or any other dry sparkling wine);

Cool a flute of champagne and pour the blackberry liqueur there.

Add lime or lemon juice.

Carefully add the champagne, keeping the liquor in the bottom.
