Gin fizz
It is difficult to imagine a cocktail simpler to make than this one.
-
A part of gin;
-
One teaspoon of sugar per cup;
-
Sparkling water;
-
A cocktail cherry;
-
Ice cubes;
-
Place the sugar in the funod of a low glass, add the gin and two ice cubes and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
-
Also pour carbonated water until the glass is filled and stir carefully.
-
Decorate with a cocktail cherry pricked on a toothpick.
