Prairie oyster
This cocktail is reputed to be a formidable hangover cure. The author is not responsible for the effects it may cause.

An egg yolk;

A part of brandy;

Worcestershire sauce;

Cayenne pepper;

Tabasco sauce;

Celery salt.

Place the egg yolk intact in a cocktail glass;

Add brandy, a pinch of Worcestershire sauce, a little pepper, a pinch of Tabasco and another of celery salt;
-
Do not mix;
-
The correct way to ingest this preparation is to close your eyes, take a deep breath and swallow it all in one swallow. Gluup !!
