Coffee
Nobody seems to be very sure as to why this cocktail is called "Café", but the truth is that it appears in several reference works on cocktails with more than one form of confection. The only trace of coffee in this drink is the beans that serve as decoration.
-
A part of brandy;
-
Two parts of Port wine;

An egg yolk;
-
A dash of Curaçao by the glass;

One teaspoon of sugar per cup;

Coffee beans;
-
Ice cubes;
-
Put five ice cubes in a shaker;
-
Add brandy, Port wine, Curaçao, egg yolk and sugar.

Dip some coffee beans in the cup.
